Who Can Use BotCamp
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use BotCamp. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the platform in your country.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass suspensions or gain an unfair advantage is not allowed and will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
Your Account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@lacai.io.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. When an account is terminated for a violation, any remaining coin balance may be forfeited.
Streaming and Content
When you stream on BotCamp, you are solely responsible for what you broadcast. You must not stream content that is sexually explicit, promotes violence or harm, harasses or targets individuals, infringes on someone else's copyright, or violates any applicable law.
By streaming, you grant BotCamp a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.
We may remove streams or content that violate these terms without prior notice.
Battles
Battles are a competitive feature where two streamers go head to head, with viewers supporting each side through gifts. There are two modes available: Audience Mode, where the side that receives the most gifts wins, and Wager Mode, where the challenger stakes coins into escrow and a moderator determines the outcome.
Battle outcomes are final once confirmed. If a technical error occurs during a battle, contact support and we will review the situation. Deliberate manipulation of battle results, including coordinated fake gifting to rig outcomes, is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of coins.
Coins and Gifts
BotCamp uses a virtual coin system. Coins can be purchased through the app using real money and used to send gifts during live streams. Coins have no cash value when purchased and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Coins earned by streamers through gifts and battle wins are withdrawable, subject to the conditions in the Withdrawals section below. Purchased coins cannot be withdrawn.
Withdrawals
To withdraw earnings, your account must pass identity verification through our KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 coins. BotCamp takes a 30% platform fee on all withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in Nigerian Naira through Paystack and are subject to their processing times and terms.
We reserve the right to hold or delay a withdrawal if we have reason to believe it is linked to fraudulent activity, a disputed battle, or a policy violation. If your withdrawal is held, we will notify you and work to resolve the situation promptly.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To access the withdrawal feature, you are required to complete identity verification through our third-party provider, Dojah. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. Your verification documents are handled by Dojah under their own privacy policy. BotCamp stores only your verification status, not your documents.
Prohibited Behaviour
The following are not allowed on BotCamp: harassing or threatening other users, spamming, using bots or scripts to manipulate engagement, selling or transferring your account, attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, and any activity intended to defraud other users or BotCamp.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users through the app. Continued use of BotCamp after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
